Our Delivery Terms

Once your door is paid for and ordered, it will go into production. Depending on the style and colour of the door you have chosen it can take between 4 and 10 business days to be delivered.

Delivery can be direct to your front door or to a site address.

We will send you a text message to the mobile number you provide us with the day,  before delivery with a 3 hour time slot when the door is going to arrive.

On the delivery date, the door will arrive and be taken to your property. If there is no one there to accept the door it will be left at your property and the driver will sign to say it has been checked. If you do not want this to happen then please be around to take the delivery.
